(1) That henceforth from and after tr-ie paasa,_e of t'r?is Ordinance,
uJater Street in The City of Batesville, Arkansas shall be a two way
Street; it bein`'specifically designated, however, t'dat there stall
be no parking on either side of said street between the intersection
of r'ourth � 'dater Sts. and the intersection of t-'j-htn. Lc 'ovater ats.

Colle€,e Street in The City of Batesville, ,Lrkansas shall be a two way
street; it beim specifically deli-nated, however, that there sr-lall
be no parking on said street between the intersection of Fourth. and
College Sts. and the intersection of aixth x College Sts.; it being
further designated that park_inC,, is her by allowed,on tn.e Nort'.y side
only, of said College Street from the intersection of Sixth and College
Sts. to the intersection of St. Lctais and Colle�,,e Sts.
(3) All Ordinances and ,?.rts of Ordinances in conflict he ,ewith.
are hereby repealed.
