Section 1. AMPTIGM4 OF ELECTRIC CCDEe That there is hereby adopted by
the City of Latesville for the purpose of establishing rules and reL,;ulations
for the construction, alteration, removal &zA maintenance of electric and app-
aratus, including Permits and penalties, that certain electric coat known as
the National Electric Code "tandard of t,he National Board of Fire Underwriters,
being particularly the 1956 addition thereof aric the whole thereof, save and

not less then three (3) copies have been and are r:ow filed ire the office of the

Section 2. INSPECTOR. There is hereby created the office of &L.1cctrical
Inspector who shall be appointed by the 141ayor, subject to the corifirmatAun of
the City Council. The 'L,lectricAl Inspector shy:,l have had at least two (2)
yctirs experience &s an electrician, shall be of ;cod moral character, shall be
versec'in the approved methods of elc:ctricai const -'ruction for safety of' "life z:4nd

Section 3. DUTIES CF THE INSPECTCR. The Llectric&l Inspector, wthe

Section 13. PENALTIES. Any person, :riri,.i or corporation -iounid guilty of

but shall be required to obtain the regular 1;ermit for that particular jOL. Luch
work done by an individual must be .;one by hirci personally on his owi, particular
