HomeMy WebLinkAbout2020-07-01 ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BATESVILLE ZONING DISTRICTS MAP; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS,Landon M. Reeves has requested that certain property, described below,be re- zoned so as to align the zoning classification with the proposed use of said property and be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS,the Batesville Planning Commission has conducted a properly advertised public hearing on June 15, 2020; and, WHEREAS,the Batesville Planning Commission, at its called meeting on June 15,2020,has reviewed the relationship of this property with the Comprehensive Plan and determined that proposed use would be consistent with said Plan;and, WHEREAS,the Batesville Planning Commission has recommended that the requested amendment to the Zoning Districts map be approved by the City Council.
