HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-03-01 ORDINANCE NO.�)! O --O 3'0 1 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BATESVILLE ZONING DISTRICTS MAP; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, an application was submitted to the Batesville Planning Commission for the purpose of requesting an amendment to the Zoning Districts Map for the below referenced property;and, WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has conducted a properly advertised public hearing on March 5,2018;and, WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has reviewed the relationship of this property with the Comprehensive Plan;and, WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has recommended that the requested amendment to the Zoning Districts map be approved by the City Council.
