• CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS,the Batesville Planning Commission conducted pro ly advertised public
hearings on August 5, 2013 to consider the desirability of making several I revisions and updates
to the Comprehensive Plan; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission, determined that such revis ons and updates were
wholly appropriate and in the best interest of the citizens of Batesville; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission voted to amend the Comp hensive Plan to
further the objectives of the Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has further recommended t the Batesville City
Council that it adopt said revisions and updates to the Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE,ARKANSAS
THAT,the revision to the Batesville Comprehensive Plan as prepared and recommended by the
Planning Commission be, and hereby are adopted.
