You are hereby notified to commence WORK in accordance with the Agreement dated
10/19/2022, on or after 10/20/2022 and you are to complete the work within 270
consecutive calendar days thereafter. All required documents such as Agreement,
Performance Bond and Insurance should be submitted to the Engineer before or at the
Pre -Construction conference meeting.
The date of completion of all WORK is therefore 07/17/2023.
