Todd,
We have followed up with Damon Johnson regarding the size of the 2 logos for the Eagle Mountain Water Tank repainting
project. We want to confirm that the proposed size as originally submitted to the City is consistent with the attachment in
your email dated December 30, 2019.
The City is committed to that same size as originally submitted and confirmed in your December 30, 2019 email.The
location of the centerline for the 2 logos will be established by Olsson staff on the jobsite prior to the beginning of placing
the logo on the tank.

Rob,
At our regular monthly meeting of Wednesday, December 11, 2019 we discussed the placement of
the logo on the Eagle Mountain tank. We discussed the color of the logo, the size of the logo, the
location of the logo and confirmed that the City requests 2 logos to be placed on the tank. The exact
location of the logo was to be determined, but in our conversation it is generally conceded that the
logos would be placed on opposite sides of the tank.
We have subsequently reviewed the location of the logos with Damon Johnson and have established
that indeed 2 logos are to be placed on the tank, with one facing generally West and the other facing
generally East. The exact location of the centerline of the logos will be established in the field prior to
the time for the template of the logo to be placed on the tank.
It is also our understanding that Kimery requests that a representative of the City be on site when a
representation of the logo is placed on the tank for final confirmation. Because of the color of the
outline of the letters will be difficult to see at a distance, it may be expedient to put a dark contrasting
vertical tape on the left and right edges of the proposed logo so that the City's representative can
confirm the orientation of the logo from a distance.
The City has agreed to place 2 logos on the tank and confirmed the acceptance of your cost proposal
in the amount of$23,897.
We trust that this confirmation of cost and explanation of the orientation is sufficient for Kimery to
move forward with placing the logo on the tank. If you have the questions or comments, please do not
hesitate to give me a call.
I will be out of the office until Tuesday, December 31, but I will be able to respond to any questions or
request that you may have.

Kimery is asking for an answer by December 11, which is the day of our monthly progress meeting.
We are working on a revised photo of your tank for further evaluation with a light gray
background, rather than the dark zinc primer. We will forward that to you as soon as it is finished.
