A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF
BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
WHITE RIVER PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT,INC.
WHEREAS, Batesville, Arkansas has received notification of funding approval from the
Arkansas Department of Emergency Management to provide funds for a drainage project; and
WHEREAS,Batesville, Arkansas requires assistance to administer the funded drainage
project; and
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Batesville City Council:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of Batesville, Arkansas be authorized to execute an
Agreement with the White River Planning and Development District, Inc., to provide
administrative services of said drainage project in accordance with the Grant application and
award from the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management.
