Dear Mayor Biard:
This letter is to notify you that the above referenced facility satisfactorily completed the required
post-closure period. The facility is hereby released from financial assurance requirements and the
permit is voided. The two-year maintenance period for the facility began on April 23, 1998, as
referenced in a letter from this office dated April 24, 1998. The facility was maintained to the
satisfaction of the Department during the 2-year post-closure period.
We appreciate your cooperation in closing the landfill. If you have any questions or comments,
