WHEREAS, the City of Batesville desires to further revitalize its historic downtown;and WHEREAS, that Lifeplus is a thriving local business which plans to expand its footprint into downtown Batesville, and wishes to purchase the lot located at 201 S. Central Avenue for its future growth. NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,ARKANSAS SECTION 1:That the City of Batesville hereby authorizes the sale of 201 S. Central, Batesville,Arkansas for the purchase price of$150,000,more or less to from Lifeplus,per the real estate purchase agreement which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
