AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE NORTH PARK SUBDIVISION,
ABERDEEN PARK SUBDIVISION, RICHLAND HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION, AND THE WOODLANDS AT EAGLE MOUNTAIN
SUBDIVISION AND STREETS.
WHEREAS, each established subdivision known as North Park, Aberdeen
Park, Richland Heights, and the Woodlands at Eagle Mountain was platted
and is inside the corporate limits of the City of Batesville.
WHEREAS, the North Park Subdivision was reviewed and accepted by the
Batesville Planning Commission on 10-3-06; the Aberdeen Park Subdivision
was reviewed and accepted by the Batesville Planning Commission on 10-
23-06; the Richland Heights Subdivision was reviewed and accepted by the
Batesville Planning Commission on 2-05-07; and the Woodlands at Eagle
Mountain Subdivision was reviewed and accepted by the Batesville Planning
Commission on 7-10-07.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF
O BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the North Park Subdivision, Aberdeen Park Subdivision,
Richland Heights Subdivision, and the Woodlands at Eagle Mountain are
hereby approved and accepted.
Further, the roads as shown on each individual subdivision final and
recorded plat are hereby approved and accepted by the City of Batesville, as
dedicated public roads, conditioned upon the roads being in compliance with
the minimum standards as set forth in Batesville City Ordinance No. 986.
