<br />MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />The Batesville City Council met in special session on September 27, at 5:17 p.m. <br />at the Municipal Building. Mayor Rick Elumbaugh presided over the meeting. Upon roll <br />call, the following Councilmembers answered present; Tommy Bryant, Scott Fredricks, <br />Julie Hinkle, Fred Krug, and Chris Poole. Also present was Admin Assistant Jennifer <br />Corter. Councilmembers Brittany Bennett, Paige Hubbard, Doug Matthews, City Clerk <br />Denise Johnston and City Attorney Tim Meitzen were absent. <br />Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the prepared agenda. Councilmember <br />Poole seconded and all voted for. <br />Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the minutes from the previous <br />meeting. Councilmember Hinkle seconded and all voted for. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Bryant moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Councilmember Fredricks seconded and all voted for.
