MINUTES OF COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 27, 2022
The Batesville City Council met in special session on September 27, at 5:17 p.m.
at the Municipal Building. Mayor Rick Elumbaugh presided over the meeting. Upon roll
call, the following Councilmembers answered present; Tommy Bryant, Scott Fredricks,
Julie Hinkle, Fred Krug, and Chris Poole. Also present was Admin Assistant Jennifer
Corter. Councilmembers Brittany Bennett, Paige Hubbard, Doug Matthews, City Clerk
Denise Johnston and City Attorney Tim Meitzen were absent.
Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the prepared agenda. Councilmember
Poole seconded and all voted for.
Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the minutes from the previous
meeting. Councilmember Hinkle seconded and all voted for.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Councilmember Bryant moved that the meeting
be adjourned. Councilmember Fredricks seconded and all voted for. The meeting was
adjourned at 5:18 p.m.
