RESOLUTION NO. p26/ 0— 01 ` l —K
City Of Batesville, Arkansas
WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission, following a Public Hearing
on February 1, 2010, has recommended an amendment to the comprehensive
land use map. The amended areas located inside the planning area is hereby
reflected as the following (attachments shown):
1. Property located South of White Drive and West of the MN&A Railroad
Spur to be changed from Urban Reserve to Industrial.
2. Property located North of White Drive East of Polk Bayou and West of
Grand Drive to be changed from Industrial to Multiple Use.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
THAT, the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Batesville Planning
Area as recommended by the Batesville Planning Commission is hereby
amended.
PASSED THIS NINTH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2010.
