ORDINANCE NO. 2026 - J - <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 2025-12-01 DUE TO SCRIVENER ERROR; AND <br /> FOR'OTHER PURPOSES. <br /> WHEREAS, certain wording in section 1 of Ordinance 2025-:12-01 Was unclear as to What needed <br /> amending and needs to be corrected in order to provide clarity. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY_ COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF <br /> BATESVILLE,-ARKANSAS: <br /> Section 1. Chapter 14.02.02 of Title 14 is amended as follows: <br /> 'Yard or Setback, Side'is amended to read: <br /> "Yard or Setback, Side(Interior Lot).
