A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY OF BATESVILLE TO AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEED TO REAL
PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, TO VITAL
LINK, INC.
WHEREAS,the City of Batesville has decided to abandon a piece of property owned by
the City that was previously unused and undedicated, by the City; and
WHEREAS, Vital Link, Inc. is currently using the above mentioned property and intends
to continue to use said property in it's operation located at 1033 EMS Drive, Batesville, AR
72501; and
WHEREAS, the City of Batesville wishes to Deed it's interest in this property to Vital
Link, Inc. for it's operations located immediately adjacent to the subject property in the best
interest of the health and well being of the citizens of Batesville and all of Independence County
and surrounding areas that are so well served by Vital Link, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign any and
all necessary documents to affect the transfer of the above mentioned property to Vital Link,
Inc,.

QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
This Quitclaim Deed is made and entered into by City of Batesville,Arkansas,500 E.
Main Street, Batesville,AR 72501 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") in favor of Vital Link,
Inc., 1033 EMS Drive, Batesville,AR 72501 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
That, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid
and other good and valuable consideration the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged by Grantor, Grantor has bargained, sold and by these presents does hereby
bargain, sell, remise, release and forever grant unto and in favor of Grantee, Grantee's successors
and assigns, Grantor's rights, title, interest, claim or demand which Grantor has or may have in
and to those certain tracts or parcels of land, together with any improvements located thereon,
Olocated in Independence County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as:
A tract of land being part of the S W 1 A of the SEI/4 of Section 16 in Township
13 North, Range 6 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in the City of Batesville,
Independence County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 4 in Block 4 of Gray's Second Addition
to the City of Batesville; thence run North, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence run
East, a distance of 45.00 feet to the West Right-Of-Way Line of Sidney Street;
thence run South 12 degrees 40 minutes 47 seconds West along said West Right-
Of-Way Line, a distance of 205.00 feet to the Southeast Corner of Lot 5 in Block
4 of Gray's Second Addition; thence run North, a distance of 150.00 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
To have and to hold the Property unto Grantee, and Grantee's successors and assigns,
with all appurtenances thereunto belong, so that neither Grantor, Grantor's successors and
assigns, nor any other person or persons claiming by through or under Grantor shall have any
right,title or interest in or to the Property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto affixed its hand and seal as of this 12th
day of August, 2010.
