AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCTAED IN THE HOLMES
SUBDIVISION FROM R-1 TO C-1 COMMERCIAL; DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS
FOLLOWS:
(1) Lot 1 of the Holmes Subdivision is hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential to C-I
Commercial, requested by Brandon Holmes owner of the said property.
(2) It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and that this ordinance
being necessary for the public welfare, it shall be in full force and effect from the
date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS ELEVENTH DAY OF AUGUST 2009.
