AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF FRANK TRIPP FROM R-
2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 COMMERCIAL; AND OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS
FOLLOWS.-
(1)
OLLOWS:(1) The following property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 Residential to C-
1 Commercial; said property presently owned by Frank Tripp is the said petitioner for
the zoning classification change.
(2) That the property is described as thus:
Legal description of land: Maxfields Third Eastern Addition, Lots 13 and 14 of Block
58.
