ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY OF JAMES MOORE, PATRICIA
SUMMONS, VERNON KING, J.L. DOZIER, I3ESSIE HOLDER, ERVIN BARNETT,
DIANE McCLURE, and PAUL HOLLAND FROM K-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-1
COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS
FOLLOWS:
(1) The following property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 Residential to C-
I Commercial; said property presently owned by James Moore, Patricia Summons,
Vernon King, J.L. Dozier, Bessie Holder, Ervin Barnett, Diane McClure, and Paul
Holland are the said petitioners for the zoning classification change.
(2)That the property is described as thus:
Legal description of land: Maxfield's Third Eastern Addition, Block 72,Lots 1, 2, 3,
5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12; and Maxfield's Third Eastern Addition, Block 77, Lots 5, 6,
7, and 8.
