• rr • ORDINANCE NUMBER AN ORDINANCE REZONING 36.67 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN QUAIL VALLEY FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL TO R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BATESVILLE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. (1) The following property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 Residential to R-I Single Family Residential.
