AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY OF DOUG FULL FROM R-2
RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 COMMERCIAL; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
(1) The following property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 to C-1; said
property presently owned by the following are the petitioners for the zoning
classification change: Doug Hill.
(2) That the property is described as thus:
Legal land description: Maxfield's Eastern Addition, Block 4, Lot 3.
SECTION Il
(1) It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and that this ordinance
being necessary for the public welfare, it shall be in full force and effect from the
date of its passage.
