HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004-01-01 ORDINANCE NUMBER_...AN ORDINANCE REZONING 4.30 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF STONEFLAG ROAD AND HARRISON STREET LAYING SOUTH OF STONE FLAG ROAD AND EAST OF HARRISON FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO C- I COMMERCIAL. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BATESVILLE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. (1) The following property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential to C- 1 Commercial. Bobby and Patsy Barr who are the petitioners for the zoning classification change own the property. The Batesville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this matter on January 05, 2004 and has recommended the requested zoning change. (2) The property is described as thus: SEE ATTACHMENT SECTION 2. Severability If any part of this ordinance shall be void, such part shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity thereof shall not effect the remaining parts of this ordinance.
