HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004-03-04 o ORDINANCE NO. • AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY OF POWELL AND BRODIE FROM R-2 TO C-1 COMMERCIAL. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: (1) The following property is hereby rezoned from R-2 to C-1; said property presently owned by Powell and Brodie is the petitioner for the zoning classification change. A public hearing was conducted before the Batesville Planning Commission on Monday, March 1, 2004 where the rezoning request was approved. (2) The property description is described as thus: Legal description: Part of Lot 5 and Lots 6 and 7, Block 4, of the Maxfields Eastern Addition. Passed and Approved This 9 Day of `�0 �/l ci-, 2004.
