HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004-07-02 ORDINANCE NO.,,20() _ J� AN ORDINANCE TO RE-ZONE PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS SECTION I: That from and after the passage of this ordinance, the following described real property situated within the city limits of Batesville, Arkansas, now zoned R-1, be, and hereby is, re-zoned to C-1 as more specifically set out below: See attached Exhbit A SECTION II: All ordinances and parts of ordinance and conflict herewith are repealed. SECTION III: EMERGENCY CLAUSE: Due to the time of the construction season and the owners desire to commence development as soon as possible and there being no known opposition to this proposal, it is deemed to be in the public peace, welfare and safety that an emergency is hereby declared.
