A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE COST FOR OPENING AND CLOSING
BURIAL PLOTS AT OAKLAWN CEMETERY IN BATESVILLE INCLUDING
THE GRAY'S ADDITION TO SAID CEMETERY AND AMENDING
RESOLUTION NUMBER 96-4-3.
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the fees for opening and closing burial plots at
Oaklawn Cemetery, which includes the Gray's Addition to insure the financial integrity
of the cemetery.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Batesville,
Arkansas:
Section 1. Commencing January 1, 2004, the cost for opening and closing of burial plots
at said cemetery will be$350.00.
Section 2. Section 3 of Resolution 96-4-3 is hereby amended to reflect the above
changes.
