A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
ATTORNEY OF BATESVILLE TO SIGN A GRANT OFFER
AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BATESVILLE
REGIONAL AIRPORT UNDER PROJECT NUMBER 3-05-0004-008-2004
WHEREAS, it is recognized that the Batesville Regional Airport has
the need to build a parallel taxi way to service runway 17/35 and
the maintenance hangar on the North West side of runway 17/35 .
WHEREAS , the object of this project is to improve safety for users
of the airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Batesville, Arkansas hereby authorizes the Mayor to accept the
AIP Project #03-05-0004-008-2004.
