A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE
TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
RETIREMENT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City Council members of the City of Batesville have elected to become a
member of the Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System; and
WHEREAS, all the eligible non-uniformed employees of the City of Batesville will be required
to become a part of this retirement system;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas
authorizes any and all requirements to be executed and accept the Arkansas Public Employees
Retirement System as of July 01, 2007.
