A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT IN THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($650 .00 ) . Be it resolved that the Mayor of the City of Batesville is authorized to enter into Deeds and Contracts of Sale on behalf of the City of Batesville with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department and to sign such other documents as may be necessary to secure the sale of certain real estate.
