A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO
ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT IN THE SUM
OF SIX HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($650 .00 ) .
Be it resolved that the Mayor of the City of Batesville is
authorized to enter into Deeds and Contracts of Sale on behalf
of the City of Batesville with the Arkansas State Highway and
Transportation Department and to sign such other documents as may
be necessary to secure the sale of certain real estate.

THAT City of Batesville, Arkansas
for and in consideration of the sum of SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100

the Arkansas State Highway Commission, and unto its successors

densate, salt water and its component parts, and all other hydro-
carbons which do not interfere with the surface use for highway
purposes , lying and being situated in the County of Independence ,
State of Arkansas , to-wit:

Township 13 North, Range 6 West, Independence County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 6; thence North 88° 37' 31" West along
the South line thereof a distance of 466.81 feet to a point on the
Northeasterly proposed right of way line of State Highway 69 for the
point of beginning; thence continue North 880 37' 31" West along the
South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
6 a distance of 72.02 feet to a point on the Northeasterly existing
right of way line of State Highway 69; thence North 300 54' 49" West

whomsoever.
