RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE
AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH THE PARTIES
LEASING SPACE IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING OF BATESVILLE.
Be it resolved that the Mayor of the City of Batesville is
authorized to enter into Lease Agreements on behalf of the City
of Batesville with the tenants of the Municipal Building and to
sign such other documents as may be necessary to secure the Lease
of said office space.
