A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SUPPLEMENTARY DEED OF DEDICATION OF
STREET CUL-DE-SAC IN CENTENNIAL PARK ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Batesville,
Arkansas, that it hereby accepts the Supplementary Deed of
Dedication of a Street Cul-De-Sac in Centennial Park Addition
to Batesville , Independence County, Arkansas, the same being
a part of Lots 4 and 5 of Centennial Park Addition and title
to the street cul-de-sac mentioned and described in said Deed
of Dedication for the purpose of maintaining it as a public
street as set out in the Deed of Dedication.

E SUPPLEMENTARY DEED OF DEDICATION OF
STREET CUL-DE-SAC
IN CFNTENNI_AL PARK ADDITION TO
INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, ARKANSAS
(W NOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That , Allan McSpadden and Diane McSpadden, husband and
wife, and Timothy R . Ward and Debra. A . Byrne-Ward, husband
and wife, being the owners of lots 4 and 5 of Centennial Park
Addition, Independence County, Arkansas, do hereby record a
supplemental plat of a portion of Centennial. Park Addition to
Batesville , Independence County, Arkansas, for the purpose of
dedicating to the public use forever a cul-de-sac on the
extension of Liberty Lane in Centennial. Park Addition to
Independence County, Arkansas , the width, length and location
thereof being more particularly set out below:
A tract of land being a part of Lot Four (4 ) of the
Centennial Park Addition to the City of Ratesvill.e ,
Independence County, Arkansas , more particularly
t describe as follows :
Fes, Commencing at the southwest corner of said T_.ot 4 ;
thence N O1°14155" E a distance of 25 .0 feet to the
north line of an existing road easement , said easement
dated March 31 , 1989 and found in Plat Book "J" , page
367 of the Independence County Records; thence c
88045105" E along said north line a distance of 3.5 .7
feet to the point of beginning; thence northeasterly
along a curve to the right , said curve having a radius
of 50 . 0 feet a distance of 104 .72 feet to said north
line.
ALSO,
A tract of land being a part of Lot Five ( 5 ) of the
Centennial Park Addition to the City of Batesville ,
Independence County, Arkansas , more particularly
described as follows :
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 4 of said
Centennial Park Addition; thence S O1 °1.4 ' 55" W a
distance of 25 .0 feet to the south line of an existing
road easement, said easement dated March 31 , 1980 and
found in Plat Book "J" , page 367 of the Independence
County Records; thence S 88°45 '05" F along said south
. line a distance of 36 .7 feet to the point of heainninq;
thence southeasterly along a curve to the Left , said
curve having a radius of 50 .0 feet , a distance of
104 .72 feet to said south line.
