A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LEASE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FROM TOWN & COUNTRY
INTERNATIONAL OF JOMESBORO, ARKANSAS, INC. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City desires to lease three (3) Uni-Loader front-end
loaders and Town & Country International of Jonesboro, Arkansas Inc. has
agreed to lease said equipment to the City of Batesville;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor of the City of Batesville
is authorized to enter into three (3) lease agreements on behalf of the City
of Batesville with Town & Country International of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Inc.
and to sign such other documents as may be necessary to secure the lease of
the three (3) Uni-Loaders.
PASSED AND APROVED THIS 27th DAY OF August , 1991.
