' A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A WARRANTY DEED TO CLARENCE J . BULLARD AND ALVIE JEAN BULLARD AND
TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED FROM CLARENCE J . BULLARD AND ALIVE JEAN
BULLARD AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , Clarence J . Bullard and Alvie Jean Bullard and the
Batesville Regional Airport Commissions have requested the City
of Batesville, to move a 30 foot road easement located on the
East side of the Bullard property to the West side of the
property, and
WHEREAS , the City of Batesville has agreed that the 30 foot
road easement be moved from the East side of the property to the
West side, and
WHEREAS , it will be necessary to exchange deeds between the
Bullards and the City of Batesville to effectuate this transfer ,
now
BE IT THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE that the Mayor shall be authorized to
execute the Warranty Deed from the City of Batesville, Arkansas
to Clarence J. Bullard and Alvie Jean Bullard and shall be
authorized to accept a Warranty Deed from Clarence J . Bullard and
Alvie Jean Bullard on behalf of the City and shall be authorized
to execute such other documents as may be necessary to effectuate
this transaction.
