Whereas, The Batesville City Council on May 26, 1992 agreed to close that portion
of street that lies North and West of Blocks 1, 4, 5, and 8 of Division 8 of Oaklawn
Cemetery and is bordered on the North and West by Free Ground.
Be it resolved by the Batesville City Council in meeting duly assembled on June 14,
1994 that the following plat of said closed street dividing said closed street into Lotsl-10 of
Block 7S, Lots 1-3 of Block 8S, Lots 1-6 of Block 5S, Lots 1-4 of Block 4S, and Lots 1-4
of Block IS is accepted by the Batesville City Council. Prices and Policies of sales shall be
as set by The City Council.
