FEDERAL-AID PROJECT RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION NO. at
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE WILLINGNESS OF THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS TO UTILIZE FEDERAL-AID MONIES FOR THE
FOLLOWING CITY PROJECT:
Signalization at the intersection of Eagle Mountain Blvd.
and Highway 69 in Batesville.
WHEREAS, The City of Batesville, Arkansas understands Federal-Aid
Surface Transportation funds are available for certain city projects at the
following Federal participating rations:

Right-of-Way & -0- 100%

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION I: The City will participate in accordance with its designated
responsibility in this project.
SECTION II: The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
appropriate agreements and contract necessary to expedite the construction of
this cit
� project.Y
SECTION III: The City pledges its full support and hereby authorizes the
Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department to initiate action to
construct this city project.
THIS RESOLUTION adopted this ='a day of 1996
