A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR OF BATESVILLE TO
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
OF ARKANSAS FUND COMMISSION FOR
A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, Batesville is applying to the Economic Development of Arkansas Fund
Commission for a grant to extend water and sewer facilities to an industrial park area for
an industry; and
WHEREAS, the plans for the proposed project have been outlined and a cost estimate
prepared, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain conditions be met as part of the application
requirements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes
j Mayor Joe Biard to submit an application to the Economic Development of Arkansas
firâ–º Fund Commission for the construction of the infrastructure project.
