MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br /> JUNE 14, 2011 <br /> The Batesville City Council met in regular session on June 14, at 5:30 PM at <br /> the Municipal Building. Mayor Elumbaugh called the meeting to order. <br /> Councilmember Hubbard gave the invocation. Upon roll call, the following council <br /> answered present; Tommy Bryant, Margarett Henley, Paige Hubbard, Fred Krug, <br /> Douglas Matthews, Chris Poole, and David Shetron. Also present were the City <br /> Clerk and the City Attorney. Councilmember Insell was absent. <br /> Councilmember Shetron moved to approve the minutes from the previous <br /> two meetings. Councilmember Henley seconded and all voted for. <br /> Councilmember Matthews moved to approve the prepared agenda as <br /> amended. Councilmember Bryant seconded and all voted for. <br /> CITIZENS COMMENTS <br /> None <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> None <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) CONSIDER THE REZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2505 N. <br /> CENTRAL FROM R-1 TO C-1 <br /> Mr. Chad McClure addressed the council with a resolution and ordinance to <br /> revise the Batesville Comprehensive Plan and rezone property located at <br /> 2505 N. Central Avenue from R-1 to C-1. Mr. McClure showed the council a <br /> map of the proposed rezone. Councilmember Bryant introduced the <br /> resolution to revise the Comprehensive Plan.
