MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br /> December 8, 2009 <br /> The Batesville City Council met in regular session on December 8, at 5:30 PM at <br /> the Municipal Building. Mayor Rick Elumbaugh presided over the meeting. <br /> Councilmember Krug gave the invocation. Upon roll call the following councilmember's <br /> answered present: Fred Krug, Doug Matthews, Matt McDonald, Richard O'Neal, David <br /> Shetron, Tommy Bryant and Margarett Henley. Davy Insell came in late. The Deputy <br /> City Clerk Brenda Riley and the City Attorney Scott Stalker was also present. <br /> Councilmember O'Neal moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting <br /> and Councilmember Shetron seconded. All voted for. <br /> Councilmember Shetron moved to approve the prepared agenda. <br /> Councilmember Henley seconded and all voted for. <br /> CITIZENS COMMENTS <br /> None <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) RECOGNIZE THE BATESVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT WORKERS <br /> The Mayor presented several workers from the Batesville School District with <br /> certificates of appreciation for their assistance to the city in various projects over <br /> the past year. The most recent help has been with the installation of a new digital <br /> at City Hall. <br /> B) CONSIDE THE PLACMENT OF LIENS FOR CONDEMNATIONS <br />
