The council considered placing liens on certain properties in the City of <br /> Batesville for clean-up and mowing. The properties being considered and their <br /> amounts were; 467 River Street, Robert Sanders owner, $145.32, 435 N. 9th <br /> Street, Reginald Davis and Nettie Ramsey owners, $806.15, 110 Oriole Street, <br /> Bank of New York owner, $1,425.32, 1089 Grace Street, Connie Blevins owner, <br /> $17075.327 394 Pine Street, David Hobson owner, $1,425.32, 860 E. Broad <br /> Street, James Ray Moore owner, $1,425.32 and 405 College Street, Rob Lester <br /> owner, $375.32. Councilmember McDonald moved to place the liens and <br /> Councilmember Matthews seconded. All voted for. <br /> CONSIDER A RESOLUTION TO APPLY TO THE ARKANSAS ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FOR A GRANT TO BE USED FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS TO BENEFIT EMERSON CLIMATE <br /> TECHNOLOGIES <br /> Councilmember Insell introduced a resolution authorizing the Mayor of <br /> Batesville to submit an application to the Arkansas Economic Development <br /> Commission for an Economic Development project for Emerson Climate <br /> Technologies. Mr. Stalker read the resolution in full. Councilmember Terrell <br /> moved to adopt and Councilmember Matthews seconded. All voted for. The <br /> resolution was given #2008-10-3-R. <br /> CONSIDER A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN ADMINISTRATIVE AGREEMENT WITH WHITE <br /> RIVER PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO IMPLEMENT THE <br />
