B) MR. MICHAEL FLAUTT AND MS. CONNIE BLEVINS REGARDING THE <br /> CONDEMNATION AT 1089 GRACE STREET <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh asked for Mr. Flautt and Ms. Blevins or their <br /> representatives to come forward to address the council. No one responded. <br /> C) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> Mr. Damon Johnson, City Engineer, addressed the council with his report. <br /> He first asked Mr. Bob Farnum with Adjusters International to give the council an <br /> update on the flood disaster recovery progress. Mr. Farnum said things were <br /> going as expected. Representatives from FEMA are going to be in Batesville <br /> tomorrow to review their project work orders. Mr. Johnson brought the council up <br /> to date on the projects through out the city. He said that to date, the city has <br /> received about $15,000.00 on the sale of vehicles and equipment on the <br /> Govdeals.com web site. We have received an invoice for$945.00 for Govdeals <br /> commission on the sales and we still have 4 items listed to sell. Mayor <br /> Elumbaugh asked Mr. Johnson the status on the sewer issues at Ms. Becky <br /> Regan's property at 2015 Carol. Mr. Johnson said they ran the camera all <br /> through the main sewer line on Carol Street and the line is clear. He said all the <br /> service lines that connect to the main line had lots of roots which is the home <br /> owners responsibility. <br /> D) EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Councilmember Terrell moved to go into executive session and <br /> Councilmember Shetron seconded. All voted for. Upon returning from executive <br /> session, Councilmember McDonald moved to appoint Mr. Davy Insell to fill the <br />
