The first meeting was set for July 25th <br /> at 5:00 PM at the Animal Control facility. <br /> CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-2 <br /> TO C-2 <br /> Councilmember Krug introduced an ordinance that would rezone property <br /> owned by Dr. Rick VanGrouw from R-2 Residential to C-1 Commercial. The <br /> property is located south of Byers Street and between Sidney and Moore Streets. <br /> City Attorney Stalker read the ordinance in full. Councilmember Terrell moved to <br /> suspend the rules and waive the second and third readings. Councilmember <br /> Matthews seconded and the roll call count was 7 for and 0 against. <br /> Councilmember Matthews moved to adopt the ordinance. Councilmember <br /> Terrell seconded and the roll call count was 7 for and 0 against.
