B) I & I PRESENTATION <br /> Mr.'s Jim Ulmer, Jeff Denheardt, Jeff Richards, and David Parker all with McGoodwin, <br /> Williams and Yates Engineering firm gave a presentation of their recent flow monitoring and <br /> infiltration/inflow study. <br /> C) REVIEW CITY ANNUAL AUDIT <br /> The council reviewed the 2005 Legislative Audit report. Councilmember McDonald <br /> moved to accept the report and Councilmember Matthews seconded. All voted for. <br /> D) REVIEW PAID BILLS REPORT <br /> The council reviewed the monthly paid bills report for June, 2007. <br /> COMMENTS FROM THE MAYOR <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said due to shortage in the Cemetery Department and Animal <br /> Control, the City hired a temporary employee to help in both departments. The new <br /> employee, Nick Weathers is the stepson of one of the Cemetery employees who was on sick <br /> leave when Mr. Weathers was hired. The City's handbook does not allow for an employee to <br /> work under the direct supervision of a relative without the council's approval. The Mayor said <br /> Mr. Weathers will be needed throughout the summer. The council approved keeping Mr. <br /> Weathers through the summer to help in both departments. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Smart moved that the meeting be <br /> adjourned.
