session Councilmember Terrell moved to appoint Mrs. Nina Womack to the <br /> Planning Commission. Councilmember Mynatt seconded and all voted for <br /> except Councilmember Krug. Mrs. Womack will fill the unexpired term of Mickey <br /> Powell. The term will end 6/10/07. <br /> "CEMETERY RESOLUTION <br /> The council considered a cemetery resolution for Deanne Coleman, <br /> #2006-192-1 for$600.00. Councilmember Smart moved to accept and <br /> Councilmember Carpenter seconded. All voted for. <br /> COMMENTS FROM DEPARTMENT HEADS <br /> None <br /> COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Mayor Biard asked Parks Director Randy Palmer to come before the <br /> council for questioning as per request from Councilmember Terrell. Several of <br /> the council asked Mr. Palmer questions ranging from the storage of parks <br /> mowers, lighting issues on the walking track and parking lots and revenue from <br /> the pools. <br /> COMMENTS FROM CITY ATTORNEY <br /> None <br /> COMMENTS FROM MAYOR <br /> Mayor Biard informed the council that during the past week, we had two <br /> claims for window breakage from city mowers and weed-eaters.
