The second claim came <br /> when a city worker was weed-eating at the intersection of Harrison and Boswell <br /> Street when a rock hit a passing vehicle and broke out a side glass. The city <br /> worker said the incident did happen. The repair cost is $159.80. Councilmember <br /> Smart moved to pay for both repairs. Councilmember Mynatt seconded and all <br /> voted for. <br /> The Mayor told the council that the bid openings for the Animal Control <br /> facility were all over what the city has to construct the facility. He said they are in <br /> the process of negotiating with the low bidder. <br /> The council was given a copy of the May 2006 financial statement. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Matthew moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned.
