Waste Clean-up. Ms. Parks thanked the council for their recent commitment of <br /> $2,167.00 for the clean-up effort. She gave the council recycling stats regarding <br /> tonnage broken down between the city and county citizens. <br /> *NEW CITY MAP <br /> The Mayor said Mr. Rob Middleton said he will continue to make <br /> corrections to the new map but any new annexations, re-zones or subdivisions <br /> will be charged at $60.00 per hour. The council discussed asking Mr. Robert <br /> Harrington with the Water Utility to make any new additions to the map and <br /> having a resolution prepared to set the electronic format in which new additions <br /> must be given to the Planning Commission. Councilmember Mynatt moved to <br /> use Mr. Middleton for new additions to the map, to send the additions quarterly, <br /> for the Planning Commission to be responsible for sending the updates, and to <br /> re-evaluate the situation at the end of the year. Councilmember Krug seconded <br /> and all voted for. <br /> The council then discussed have a public reception to "reveal" the new <br /> map to the citizens of Batesville. Councilmember Cooke moved to have the <br /> public reception at the next Planning Commission Meeting and Councilmember <br /> Smart seconded. All voted for. <br /> *CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE DEDICATION OF A <br /> CITY STREET KNOWN AS DRY KILN ROAD <br /> Councilmember Terrell introduced an ordinance that would accept Dry Kiln <br /> Road as a dedicated city street. Mayor Biard read the ordinance and <br /> Councilmember Smart moved to wave the second and third readings. <br />
