The council will need to pass an ordinance calling for a special <br /> election. Once the ordinance in certified to the Election Commission, the city will <br /> have 60 days to have the election. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Terrell moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned and Councilmember Carpenter seconded.
