Mr. Author Montgomery addressed <br /> the council in opposition to the re-zoning. The ordinance will be on the agenda at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> REQUEST FOR APPEAL BY GARY VINSON REGARDING PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> DECISION <br /> The Council was given a copy of a letter from Mr. Gary Vinson requesting an appeal to the <br /> City Council regarding a recent decision made by the Planning Commission. In December, 2003, <br /> the Planning Commission made a decision finding that Mr. Vinson was in violation of Ordinance <br /> No. 860, Subdivision Regulations of the City of Batesville. After a discussion with the City <br /> Attorney, Mr. Stalker said he would research the proper channels to take for an appeal and would <br /> write Mr. Vinson with his findings. <br />
