The Mayor said the ordinance would be <br /> placed on the agenda at the next meeting for the third and final reading. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The council was given a copy of the financial statement for January 31, 2004. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved that the meeting be <br /> adjourned.
