MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br /> NOVEMBER 10, 2003 <br /> The Batesville City Council met in regular session on November 10, at 5:30 PM at the <br /> Municipal Building. Mayor Joe Biard presided over the meeting. Councilmember Watkins gave the <br /> invocation. Upon roll call the following Councilmembers answered present: Jim Cargill, R.L. <br /> Carpenter, Gerald Gaither, Jim Mitchum, Jerry Pectol, Paula Terrell and Jim Watkins. The City <br /> Clerk Denise Johnston was also present. Councilmember Robert Ford and City Attorney Scott Stalker <br /> were absent. <br /> Councilmember Watkins moved to approve the minutes from the last meeting. Councilmember <br /> Gaither seconded and all voted for. <br /> Councilmember Watkins moved to approve the prepared agenda as amended. Councilmember <br /> Terrell seconded and all voted for. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLIC FACILITIES BOARD APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mayor Biard told the council that he had appointed five members to the Public Facilities Board, <br /> all whom accepted the position. The members and their terms are: <br /> Bob Parman 11/10/2003 - 11/10/2004 <br /> Herman Lee 11/10/2003 - 11/10/2005 <br /> Boris Dover 11/10/2003 - 11/10/2006 <br /> Joe Don Reynolds 11/10/2003 - 11/10/2007 <br /> Chris Beller 11/10/2003 - 11/10/2008 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CITY PUBLIC FACILITIES BOARD <br /> Mayor Biard opened the public hearing concerning the City Public Facilities Board at 5:33 PM <br /> and asked if there was anyone in the audience that would like to speak. There being no requests from <br /> the audience, the Mayor closed the hearing at 5:34 PM. <br />
