The layout plan will establish <br /> • the configuration of runways, taxiways, and aprons and area <br /> for development or expansion of terminal facilities, as <br /> well as approach zones. <br /> (2) Land Use Plan <br /> The land use plan will indicate the propsoed use of all <br /> airport properties including both aviation and non-aviation <br /> use. Recommendations for zoning and height restrictions of <br /> structures in proximity of the airport will also be included. <br /> (3) Terminal Area Plans <br /> The terminal area plan will indicate the size and location <br /> of proposed hangers, service facilities, automobile parking <br /> and on-site access and service roads. <br /> (4) Airport Access Plans <br /> The airport access plan will indicate the type of street <br /> connecting the airport site to existing streets and/or highway <br /> leading to the central business district. <br /> Phase IV - Financial Plan <br /> (1) Schedule of Proposed Development <br /> The plan will indicate stage development of proposed facilities 4. <br /> in 5, 10, and 20 year projections, with accompanying construction <br /> cost estimates. <br /> (2) Economic Feasibility • <br /> Economic feasibility of master plan considerations will be <br /> analyzed on the 5, 10, and 20 year forecasts. <br /> (3) Financing Plan <br /> A financing plan will be prepared to accomplish development <br /> after economic feasibility has been determined. <br /> Phase V - Miscellaneous <br /> A. Meetings and Public Hearings <br /> At its regular meeting on August 8, 1983 the Batesville <br /> Aviation Commission voted to apply for federal funds to <br /> develop a master plan for the Batesville Airport. <br /> Other meetings will be held as required to develop the plan <br /> and subsequent facilities expansion. Required public hearings <br /> will be held in accordance with the Federal Aviation Adminis- <br /> tration's Advisory Circular 150/5100-8. <br />
