A Journeyman or Master Plumber's License <br /> shall be required when installing backflow prevention assemblies within the <br /> scope of the plumbing system. <br /> (18) Verify only Certified Assembly Testing Technicians perform testing on <br /> backflow prevention assemblies. <br /> 2.1 POWERS AND AUTHORITIES OF INSPECTORS <br /> A.
